What will you get as prasadham?
|
For poojas at temples you will recieve Vibuthi/kumkum, sandal paste
or Turmeric as prasadham along with flowers and a small picture of the deity,
We will ship them to you along with the reciept issued in the temple for the
pooja. We will ship only non perishable items.
For Homams, You will get Vibuthi,kumkum, Rakshai ( residue of homam
fire), Yantram ( if applicable) and VCD containg a portion of the Homam for
authenticity.
The representative collects the prasadham and sends it to our
office at chennai through local courier. On recieving the prasadham, we will
repack it ( to ensure safe delivery) and despatch it through register post. we
will send you a mail about the shipped status.

How will you ship my prasadham?

We will ship your prasadham by India register post for overseas
address and by local courier for Indian address. But in the case of Ghee/Castor
oil prasadham, the shipment will be sent by Ordinary post ( since fluids are
not allowed by register post).

How long it will take for me to recieve the prasadham?
|

Normally it will take 3 days for Indian address, 5-7 days for
Europe,Australia and other asian address and 10 - 13 days for US and Canada
address, from the date of performing the pooja or Homam.Any how if you book
multiple poojas, we will wait to collect all your prasadham and ship them
togather.

Will the pooja performed with my details ( name,star and rasi) poperly?

We have strictly instructed our representatives to ensure each and
every pooja/ homam is perfromed in your name. But there are certain occassions
( very auspicious days and festivals) with huge crowd in the temple and makes
it difficult to perform pooja in individual names, in this case the pooja will
be performed in Gods name.

How autentic your service is?
|

We strive hard to produce proofs for our service in most cases,
since taking photos or filiming is not allowed inside temples ( Moolastahanam)
during poojs, we will ensure to produce you the archana/abishekam reciept. In
the case of Homam, a portion of the homam ( with a board on the backdrop, with
your details) will be filmed and the VCD is sent to you.

Ayyavadi,pillaiyarpatti, kaligambal, etc) where they dont issue any reciepts,
in these case we will not be able to produce reciepts.

Why you charge this much?
|
The amount billed from you is not actually payable to the temple it
includes 1, Payment gateway transaction charges (@ 7%). 2, Service tax (@ 12.5)
Payable to Indian government. 3, Agent commission (who performs the pooja) 4,
Shippment Carges and 5, Our service charge. all these components are actually
included in your bill.

Do you represent any temple or spiritual organaisation?

No, We are not representing any temple or spiritual organaisation.
Our representatives personally do the pooja services at mentioned temple by
paying necessary amount at the Temple or trust as the case maybe.
